Nearly five years after the Dakota Access Pipeline protests, a U.S. District Court judge ruled that North Dakota can proceed to seek reimbursement of $38 million from the federal government for emergency response expenses.
The FDA’s Doran Fink previewed “some announcements later today,” which were expected to include allowing the mixing and matching of COVID-19 booster doses among the three U.S. manufacturers — Pfizer, Moderna and J&J.
