Haley was born and raised in Kentucky.
She was behind the studio microphone at age 3.
All throughout her childhood, she did radio/television commercials and sang on stages all over the southern United States.
Her love of the Smoky Mountains led her to Tennessee in 2008 where she was a professional performer for two years.
After spending a few years after high school deciding she wanted to be a dance studio owner, she moved to North Dakota in 2012.
She enrolled in Minot State University and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, a Creative Movement Minor and a Business Management Concentration.
She was the Office Manager of Schultz Law Firm from 2013-2016 and met Joe Skurzewski in a courtroom during a trial.
She purchased The Dance Co. of Minot in 2016 and ran it for six years.
She contacted Joe and joined the KMOT crew in April of 2023 and is a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor.
She hopes to bring sunshine energy to the newsroom, the viewers, and to everyone else she meets.
To her, there is nothing more important than communication, mental health, self-care, lifting others up and work-life balance.
